TEN OUT OF TEN IN EVERY RESPECT. We absolutely loved our stay here, everything was perfect. Staff are extremely well trained , very competent, super friendly and helpful. Each and every member of staff strive for perfection. The cleanliness of the hotel is superb, the lobby smells divine, lemon grass I think?? The aesthetics and decor of the interior is lovely. The views of the beach from the balcony were stunning. Breakfast there is so much choice but most importantly of good quality. The location for My Khe beach is perfect, several seafood restaurants within walking distance, also a few small supermarkets. Grab taxi is cheap to get around and see the sights. My only suggestion would be to do a "happy hour" at the roof bar as when we went there one evening there was nobody up there so it lacked a bit of atmosphere but this is not a complaint in anyway, just a suggestion. Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. If we ever find ourselves in Danang again (we hope so) we would stay here again without hesitation. We were sad to leave. Thank you to all the staff, you work so hard to please everyone. *We did note at breakfast one morning two guests were so rude to a member of staff because she asked to clarify their room number. Despicable behaviour, they should be ashamed. Sorry this happened to a lovely staff member. We love you Sel-De-Mer!

What a wonderful property. The hotel was clean and offered plenty of features. The real highlight was the staff. They were absolutely incredible. They were helpful, courteous and attentive. Probably the best hospitality I have ever experienced. The room was spacious and offered an amazing view. Dining options were good. The breakfast buffet was a great way to fuel up before heading out for the day. If I return to Da Nang, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The highlight of this hotel were the wonderful staff. Across the board they were all friendly, professional and helpful. Our junior suite room was wonderful with a perfect view of the ocean with large opening doors.
