Great for golfers
Property has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Very well maintained, clean and close to shops and local attractions. 2nd time we have stayed and will definitely use this property again for future visits to Nelson Bay.

property exceeded my expectations as to its condition and amenities provided, could not fault it in any way, location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, it was everything we needed for our family holiday. we took items we thought we would need i.e. (some) Cooking utensils & sundries but ended up taking them home as we did not need anything as everything was provided. overall, a great place to stay, give it 5 stars

Aqua Lagoon is a little gem for small groups or families
Property was well maintained and had all the creature comforts for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything was in working order and location is within walking distance of shops & amenities. Will be staying here again in 2024!

Great Townhouse
Best set up rental I have stayed in, I was very impressed with the well organised laundry, but it was typical of the whole house. Location is excellent but stairs may be a problem, steep set to get from front door to living room. Another set to get to 3 bedrooms on top floor. A few maintenance issues I am happy to pass onto owner but these can be easily fixed, if owner is made aware of them.

Family get together
Booked on short notice, found the property to be spacious and covered all our needs. Large enough to accomodate all the family with grand parents also able to drop in for a day. Quiet and comfortable, we all had a relaxing few days.

This property was amazing, we booked for my mother in laws 50th as a big family getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The property had everything we needed and was bright and clean. All bedrooms were very spacious and with 8 adults we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other as there was ample space! It is close (as in a couple of minute drive) to the beach, the city centre and golf club. Highly recommended and we will be booking with them again and telling our family and friends about it.

Beautiful property and location
My family and a friends family had a great time during our stay in October. The property is modern, clean and has everything you would need. We had a very small issue with one of the showers and the owners quickly arranged for a plumber to attend. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Very good location, clean and quiet neighbourhood. Good facility. Beds are comfortable. There are TV's in each bedroom upstairs. The living room is very spacious and cosy.

Home away from home
Beautiful home, spacious and clean. Great price and great location. Away from the the noise yet close to the heart of Nelson’s Bay. Only a very short drive to shops, cafes, beaches and supermarket.

Lovely place however We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property.
Down stairs was very dirty as soon as we walked in we could see the marks on the floor from the mop. Alot of the kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly. My daughters feet/socks were black from her walking inside. There was some cigarette buts and rubbish left outside. We had some issues with the fridge which did get resolved however we had some food wastage due to this. Overall Lovely house and good position

Great townhouse & location
We were eight adults and we all enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very spacious with excellent kitchen and comforts. We would definitely recommend this townhouse to others.

We were told there were three bathrooms...assuming 3 showers. Would have preferred one shower downstairs as one of our guests has a disibility. Not as close to cbd as thought. Too many stairs.

Hi Anastasia, Thank you for staying with us. The property is advertised as 2 bathrooms. In addition there is a powder room on the living level with one queen room. There is stairs from the front door to the main living area plus one queen room and another set of stairs to the bedroom level. Located in Nelson Bay we find its a great location to stay :)

Nailing it in Nelson Bay!
Eight of us had an enjoyable stay. Plenty of sightseeing and fine coffee shops scattered throughout the area. The golf club bus got us to and from a great evening meal.

We did enjoy our time in this house and would probably book it again with a different group. However I am disappointed that , though every thing you sent me and on the advertisement for it , it said it had 3 bathrooms. THIS IS NOT TRUE, It only has 2/12 bathrooms! I booked this home because we were 3 elderly couples and we all needed a seperate bathroom. It made my weekend less enjoyable especially as the downstairs toilet did not have a PowerPoint . It is not truthful to advertise it as a 3 bathroom house. Not your fault, but not having a TV was also a disappointment. A helpful addition to the property would be a sheet of instructions about how to use the 2 Remotes and informing residents that sometimes the reception is weak. We spent a long time trying to work out what was wrong before calling to be told that the common aerial had been damaged the night before in a storm. None of us knew much about devices , smart TVs etc so some instructions would have been useful.

Great family accommodation in a sensational part of the world
Our group of 3 couples and 2 little ones were well accommodated in this spacious and well equipped home. Everything worked, cleanliness was fine and beds comfortable. Walking distance to town and beaches made this particularly appealing. We enjoyed a fabulous few days in this great holiday destination.

Amazing place to stay in. The house was big enough for all of us and excellent customer service.
I loved the house and it’s a good place for the family and the kids. It was nice from them to give us a free sandboard tickets for 2 adults and 2 children plus  off for all the guests.There was an ipad when we arrived there and by checking it we could know where to go and what the things that we can do in nelson bay. We were so happy to stay in Port Stephens house. It was really big and comfortable house that has everything that we needed. The kids loved the share swimming pool and we liked the tennis place as well. Thanks alot for Mr shane for his excellent service and he was really polite and friendly. I really recommend this place.
