"It's a beautiful property but not a lot of onsite activities available. The massage was excellent, the pool is so nice and the staff are really pleasant. The room could have been a tad cleaner, the bathroom needed a little extra care and the carpet in the room needed a deep clean I think. The artwork was lovely and room service was excellent. "I do not understand any negative reviews for Couples Negril. This was the most caring, pampering, fun, well kept and most beautiful peaceful resort we have ever been to. Smaller resort so food much better access to everything with ease. Room service great.
