"I was staying in the Newton Hotel while I was waiting for my spouse to have surgery on his spine. The reception staff was extremely helpful by allowing me to stay 3 hours over the checkout time. This was when the FIFA event was starting and the Hotel was booked. The only problem was that they did not provide a complementary coffee or hot water station. There was a Starbucks station, but that was not complementary nor open. Everything else was great, especially the staff at registration."
