The temperature in the room was stuck at 65 degrees and didn't move even when the heat was set to 74 degrees. I think the heater in this room isn't working as intended. The check in and out staff were very pleasant.

Very clean room. Check-in/out quick and easy. Quiet area for the location of the hotel. The only upgrade needed is the TV service; I’d prefer more options like Netflix and Youtube, or even a screen mirroring option at least, rather than just cable TV.

Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. The room was clean and lovely with a great view of the forest. My only negative was the heating. It was cool in the room but turning up the heat triggered a fan that blew cold air. It made my stay a bit uncomfortable.

Staff was nice and personable But bed was like sleeping on plywood, so hard and uncomfortable. Gave you 4 pillows that could easily fit inside a small ball, very flat. Then there is zero noise, so bring a sound machine. Light and everyone talking leaks under door. So you don’t sleep

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent staff and a restaurant/bar right on site. There was a Starbuck's and small store in hotel but the hours open were confusing and sporadic. Plenty of parking and a short walk from the commuter train. Not a lot close by but with a bar and store on site it wasn't bad.

Management didn’t address a wedding party who was being loud at between 1-3 am. Then heater in room was broke. Was moved to another room. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain. That was 3 strikes for me! Staff is friendly and helpful.

We booked a stay at Hilton Boston/Dedham for Thanksgiving Day trip fora couple of nights. We checked in on a cold (low 30s F) Thanksgiving Day night and were given a room in which the thermostat was at 61degrees. Despite a prompt visit from “the buildings mechanic it did not improve. They booked us into a different. Better at 67 degrees but still cold because that thermostat did not work either and the bed did not have a warm comforter. The pleasant and polite staff canceled our reservation for the following night and we checked out and stayed at a different hotel in Waltham. This Hilton is in serious need of a refresh. We are going to try to get the second night refunded by Hotels.com.
