"The cottage is located in a nice area overlooking the lake Llanberis. Unfortunately the GPS led us somewhere else so we had to call the owner, Joan. The cottage is spacious, well equipped, we found everything we needed. The owner was very kind, helpful, she waited us with mince pies for Christmas and with a nicely decorated home. We were extremely lucky with the weather so we did walks in and around. The only negative thing we have to mention is that the radiators didn’t warm up the rooms properly so we had to use a heater, also the WIFI worked only for 2 days so we used our mobile network. In general we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!☺️ "

"Amy and James were incredibly welcoming and always available for anything we could need. The room was perfect and exactly what we needed for our trip. The propert management says they don't know about any change, Expedia support team confirmed there's a mismatch with location advertised. This was a expensive mistake for us. "
