"Room was better than expected. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at by far. Staff was amazing, rooms were clean. The kitchen and full fridge and freezer was very accommodating. The room came with silverware and cooking utensils. "

"Rooms are not stocked. And by that I mean I couldn't even get a paper cup for my coffee, which was only decaf anyway. I didn't get the room cleaned at all one day (not by request) and had to ask to towels. The pool is bone dry. The shower is smaller than the size of my refrigerator (NOT an exaggeration). No hair dryer. Trash and broken glass in the parking lot. Comically small breakfast options. Not even any coffee in the lobby. The AC was exceptionally loud. There were dirty linenes left outside for over 24 hours. Honestly the whole experience was pretty wild. May be close to Lackland, but would advise to stay pretty much anywhere else and drive a few minutes more."

"My room had loose ragged material hanging from under the mattresses. The bathroom floor was filthy. The toilet stopped up and the guests above were super loud. The hallways on the third floor had says s on the carpet from paint and construction throughout. It was not appealing at all. The staff was super nice though."

"I was happy to get a non-smoking room which is a nice change for this property, however the room did smell like smoke when I checked in and I should have said something about it at the time but I let it go not wanting to cause trouble. I'm allergic to smoke I would not allow anybody to smoke in the room I did have a guest leave a half smoked cigarette on the counter. And there was one towel that they said had a blue stain on it the blue stain was tide detergent. Because of a half smoked cigarette that was never smoked in the room and for what they called a stain on the towel they refused to give me my deposit back. The people working the desk were sympathetic to my plea and they understood however the manager who I have yet to talk to or see refuse to give me the deposit back. There's nothing more irritating then doing what you need to do to keep the room in better condition than when you found it and then lose your deposit. I got this room because it was an efficient price but that's not really the price if I have to pay the deposit as well. There are better hotels in the area for the same price without deposit hassles I would recommend looking into those."
