"Rooms could have been cleaner. Sheets and comforters had stains. Pillows were aweful. Bag of trash in our hallway the entire stay! Staff were rude. Came over to kick my daughter off the casino floor. However she’s 20. So he could have politely asked for her ID instead of embarrassing us! "

"We had a nice room, view of the ocean, staff very welcoming and kind, food service very good; wonderful staff! pool was a bit cool, close walk to shopping area, nice beach and other beaches near by with taxi or bus ride. "

"I have never stayed in a hotel as run down and dirty before. There were bugs in our room. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The pillows and bed were very old and lumpy. The furniture was old and missing knobs/pulls. There were no outlets available to charge our devices. The shower was stained and the shower curtain looked ancient. Honestly if we had any possibility of finding another hotel room we would have. The young man at the front desk didn't seem to know what was going on when asked questions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. "

"Simone's Oasis was perfect. It had everything we needed, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and good location. Simone is a gem!! She went above and beyond for us when our rental car fell through. Making calls and shuffling us around until she was sure things had been sorted. Checked in periodically to make sure we had what we needed. We would give her more than 5 stars if possible!!"

"The place was super nice, location was in a quiet, gated neighbourhood. The only problem we had was with a few inconveniences… there was a coffee maker with no coffee filters, dishwasher with no soap tabs, laundry machine with nothing to do laundry with, etc. This would have been good to know in advance as there isn’t really anywhere close to buy these things. We tried walking to the beach on day one and quickly discovered it wasn’t very accessible on foot, so we recommend getting a taxi or a bus in and out of the neighbourhood. There weren’t any blankets for the pullout bed when we arrived, so we had to bunk up for the night - but they were thankfully delivered the next day. Other than that, the air conditioning was great, everything was clean, Anthony was quick to respond to any questions, and we really enjoyed our stay."
