Only 25 miles to Nashville. This 1 Bedroom apartment is brand new and complete with a cozy bed, fully stocked kitchen, a pull out queen sized couch, washer/dryer and new appliances. Hosts provide coffee and tea service in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom and a fully furnished rooftop patio!
The space
The Claiborne building is home to 3 residential apartments located on the 2nd floor and two commercial spaces at ground level.
Guest access
Guests will access the building through the secure 2nd floor entrance and will find their private apartment entry in the vestibule. Guests will also have access to a uniquely furnished rooftop terrace, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening beverage while catching a sunset.
