Cute Three Bedroom

  • Conveniently located just a mile from the lake in a quiet and safe neighborhood that feels like the country, yet only 5 miles to East Nashville, and 14 miles from Downtown proper. If you’re looking for an alternative to the downtown country scene, then East Nashville is it. Many different Bars/Venues/Shoppes that support and promote Rock/Funk/Jazz/R&B/Folk culture and style. However, Broadway is an easy drive away as well, with plenty of car service available at all hours. Old Hickory Beach is within walking range from the house, and the Blue Turtle Bay Marina offers boat/kayak rentals and a nice Restaurant on the water.

    Living room equipped with Roku TV and JBL sound system, with doors hung for privacy and a pullout bed that can be utilized for a third bedroom. Central AC unit.
