  • Awesome boating, skiing, sunning, and fishing are all at your fingertips! Beautiful Lakefront 2 br 2 ba cottage is situated on a fabulous level 1 acre lot with a covered dock. On peaceful cove with public boat launch within a quarter mile. Home includes king master with walk-in shower and queen guestroom with full bathroom. Sun room with electric fireplace, living room with woodburning, and both with lake view. Hot tub, deck with seating area, 2 firepits (one gas, one woodburning), pergola seating area, outdoor dining area with Blackstone griddle and green egg. Indoor dining area, updated kitchen, full-size washer/dryer, and flatscreen smart tv's throughout. Within 45 minutes of downtown Nashville and 10 miles from quaint Lebanon Town Square restaurants and shopping. Superb fishing, swimming, and boating (bring your own boat). 2 Kayaks available.
