Kitchen opens in the exposed beam great room that features a 20' custom sliding pocket door, bringing the outdoors in via your peacock paver lined rear porch with power screens. Master suite enjoys elevated ceilings with large windows looking onto the back yard along with a master bath full of Rohl English Gold fixtures, heated tile floors, and power privacy shades as well as a custom designed closet. Lawn maintenance and utilities included.
