This private, peaceful two-story home is just minutes away from downtown bars and even closer to key Nashville attractions including Nissan Stadium, Five Points, Top Golf and more. With 6 beds, a spacious upstairs living room and expansive second floor patio, the home is perfect for both group entertainment and family vacations. We provide a clean space stocked with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. We are 14 minutes from the airport!
East Nashville is an up and coming area with new restaurants popping up in the area frequently. Our house is located in Cleveland Park which is a developing area with a mixture of new construction projects and older lower income homes. Our neighbors are very friendly and the area is calm and peaceful. The location is great for all types of guests. Our house welcome book will provide some suggestions for things to do in the area!

Fantastic long weekend stay!

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything you would need! Victoria was a pleasure to deal with and went as far as to provide brand new dog beds and toys for our dog along with snacks and drinks for the adults! The rooftop lounge area is incredible and a fantastic place to relax with friends after a day on broadway. 15 minute Uber to downtown and reasonable. Thank you for a beautiful well appointed home to spend a fantastic long weekend in with friends! If we come back we will definitely stay again!

Great house for a weekend in Nashville with family. Rooftop is amazing. Check in was easy, house was neat and clean, host was very communicative!
