DON’T STAY HERE IF YOU NEED /WANT Reliable Parking Reliable response from management Clean living Hot shower Comfortable furniture TV in your bedroom A dresser A bedside table Hangers Any other comfort you rely on at home will NOT likely be here so prepare accordingly!!

Apartment is nice, clean and comfortable, but there is very limited parking. The "garage" that is offered is not really a garage and has 3 parking spots. Street parking very limited with lots of intoxicated people partying till early morning hours. Next door the music played extremely loud. It's a walking distance to the stadium and if you don't mind walking, easily can walk to Broadway for great music and fun party.

Clean comfortable room. Great location for walking to points of interest in East Nashville. Nice view from the rooftop deck. Noise from street and nearby establishments is a bit of an issue. I had expected the noise based on other reviews. It was not overly intrusive. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The location is perfect, took us around 20mins to walk to broadway. Lovely neighbourhood close to lots of cool bars and restaurants. The downside of this is that it can get a little noisy outside at night. There was a white noise machine in the bedroom which was great. The apartment had everything you’d need for a short stay and is close to a supermarket if needed. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. We had to contact the host for check in details as they weren’t sent by the 4pm check in time but we got a very quick email response and check in was seamless.

Property was great- there is a bar next door and every night, a lot of loud drunk people woke us up. Pretty much my only complaint- the rugs should be cleaned as well. Accommodations were super neat, clean, and functional for my family of five. We stayed in penthouse top floor. Design was awesome. I would def stay here again even with the bar noises.

We were absolutely blown away by this aparthotel! 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had so much space and could really relax in a home away from home setting. Beds were comfortable, loved the rainfall showers! Fantastic rooftop area and great place to watch sunset. Location only 5-6 min drive from downtown area. Lots of choices of walkable restaurants in the area. Owners very responsive. Would highly recommend!

cool concept and the unit i was given was awesome. like to have options for meals/snacks in to save money and time. The area is still in transition (but that’s what we love about it). only caveat, there’s a bit of outside noise with Main street, as well as a nightclub on the back end) but that’s the city

Property was great! Beds are comfortable. Didn’t like the windows in the bathroom and bathing in front of Nashville’s best but I guess it was a new experience. Parking wasn’t great. We’d definitely stay there again and had a great time. It’s very well accompanied too.

The apartment was conveniently located, clean and spacious. What I did not like was the check-in process and communication. I reserved 2 rooms, one for me and my husband and the other one for our business associate. Each room reservation had correct name and contact info. However when the property reached out with the check in information, they were emailing me his room codes, etc and not sending the ones I needed for our room. I had to call to get that situated. Then, when they corrected it and sent me the info the codes didn’t work. It’s very frustrating to drive over 10 hours and not be able to get in. When we called that it wasn’t working no one answered and we had to leave a message. By the time they called back 15 minutes later we had managed to get in, but it’s beyond frustrating when you’re exhausted and can’t access the apartment. Once in it was comfortable, however lacking some basics. In 2025 I do not think conditioner is a luxury. I consider it a basic toiletry that should be there. Trying to quickly get ready for a work event and not have basic shower products is disappointing at this price point. Parking is limited and the checkout process is also on your own. The spaciousness of the apartment is nice but I most definitely prefer the service and staff in a hotel.

Such a great stay! Walkable to Nissan (about 30 minutes), Ubers seemed easier to get from downtown than the west end where we stayed last visit, and generally about 8-15$ depending on the time of day. The place was very clean and big. There is parking on the street and the property had parking as well. There is an elevator which is handy. The air worked great in the condo, you just have to leave the bedroom doors open for it to circulate in there. The property management was so responsive on text!! They literally responded to any questions within a minute! When they say 4pm check in they mean it… You get the code for the unit right at 4 unless you pay for early check in. This place was awesome and we will definitely return.
