The cottage had a very poor air quality and the premises — outdoors — was not maintained. The grass was about 2 feet high and there was an area of outdoor fencing that was missing. In the upstairs bedroom there were two insect grabbing containers.Because we had two individuals with us who had asthma, we had to cancel our reservation within 5 hours of arrival.I must congratulate the rental company for returning all of our money to us.Had this cottage been better maintained and had the air quality been ten times better, it would have been a good fit.

Our stay was fine. We did have a few issues while we stayed there but the host was very responsive to each message. The house is older but decorated cottage cute. There was some wear on some of the furniture but overall the home was clean. There was also plenty of supplies available for use. The backyard was a bit disappointing. We did have a small dog with us. I was looking forward to him being able to be out in the backyard, but there is a portion of the fence that is not enclosed and he would have been able to get out. There was also a pretty big section of the yard that was all just dirt (this area is not the in the listing pictures.) The yard also needed to be mowed, and the patio area at the back could have used some upkeep. The location was very quiet and the neighborhood seemed safe.
