"Really pretty hotel with comfy rooms, lovely to grab a glass of wine or two and sit on the patio or in one of the inside sitting areas. Convenient to local spots including the beach and town. "

"Late check in was not a problem. Staff was extremely friendly when we arrived and even gave us some helpful travel tips for the area. The Breakfast Corner was nice in the morning with bagels and juice. The room was clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted (and they all worked). AC/Heat was easily adjustable to comfort. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. View of the ocean was amazing. We would stay here again."
"This was a great location for my family vacay and the weather was amazing! The house has good bones, but is a bit run down and not very homey. Sort of reminded me of a frat house back when I went to URI. The kitchen was minimally stocked and was not easy to cook a meal in. The light in the downstairs bath was burned out and some of the air conditioners had visible mold on the filters. Check in was easy enough. Would’ve been nice to have a Narragansett beach pass considering the price. "
The "Idea House" From TV Series This Old House! High End, Definition of Luxury!
10/10 Excellent
"Very pleased. House had nice details and an abundance of useful accessories. I usually bring my own knives but it has plenty of sharp knives for cooking. I usually bring my speaker but it has Sonos connected throughout - even outside. I usually bring a coffee maker but the place has 3 different types! Drip, cups and an espresso maker. While I usually don’t give second thought, the ice maker in the house makes me want to buy that kind. An abundance of beach towels at the ready. Fussball, ping pong and pool table in garage was an added plus and with garage doors closed can make all the noise we wanted. Management was super responsive to questions. We’ll be back. "
