They were polite ,professional and competent. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! The entire team — from concierge and reception to the bar, room service, and restaurant — were outstanding. Always smiling and eager to help, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The shuttle service was so convenient and always on time, which made getting around effortless. The food was excellent, and the team made my wife’s special day dinner truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect combination of location, quality, and genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to visit again!"
