"The room was nice and large and the beds were comfy. It was clean, however there was still rubbish in the bin from previous guests. Also the reception closes early and had to ring a couple of times before I got an answer to be able to get a code for the after hours box. But overall a good place to stay close to the middle of town"

"I stayed at RACV Goldfields resort for 1 night as I was in Ballarat for the marathon. I couldnt believe the size of the room when I opened the door, it was huge, it even had a spa bath! I had to go back into my emails to check how much I paid for the night, as surely I paid much more than what I thought! But no, it was so reasonable priced for the room I was given. The beds were huge, it was all so clean. The beautiful pool was warmed just right, the under cover spa was amazing. All perfect for post run recovery. I really didnt want to leave! Next time I will bring the kids as they would have loved the resort too!! I really cant fault my stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!"

"I was meeting a group off guys coming from all directions to meet and then depart for a trip. Booking was simple the receptionist was extremely helpful. It was a lovely night so we decided to have a BBQ a couple of beers and ready ourselves for an early start. Great shower. Would highly recommend."
