"From check-in to departure, everything about our stay at The Inn on Long Lake was perfect: the king suite overlooking the lake was spacious, clean and comfortable, the lady at check-in was very attentive and kind and the young man at check-out was equally polite and efficient. We have stayed before and will stay again! We missed having scrambled eggs at breakfast but maybe that's only a weekend item? No worries, we like the place and we will see you again. "

"I waited outside the front door for 45 minutes and no one came to the door resulting in me being unable to check in to my room. I called the lobby and they said they have 24 hour check in and that someone was there, but I was outside the door for 45 mins with no sign of anyone and the door was locked. I asked for a refund due to not being able to get my room and they said no. "

"This was one of the very smooth stays we’ve been in a hotel. Everything is straightforward and as shown on their posting. The bed was very comfortable and deep sleep inducing 👍. Breakfast was great, very good muffins. Just a quick note to not do online check-ins and check-outs, as it was advised from the front desk to just go straight to them on the time of your check-in and these online forms are not of necessity. "

"Didn’t have an ocean view. Saw a water bowl for dogs. Happy hour was good service 2nd to none. The resort looked like it had been updated. I like how I could cast shows from my phone. We will absolutely go back."
