This hotel style studio is ocean facing, family friendly and will accommodate up to 2 guests; there is a king bed. Nearby are beaches, hiking trails, kayaking, scuba diving, paddle boarding, artisan markets, and golf.

Set along side beautiful Craig Bay, our thirteen-acre property included gardens, trails, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, barbeques, a selection of seasonal lawn games as well as a 10 court Pickle Ball facility. The resort is a perfect destination for relaxation and fun.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted inside the condo or on the deck. These activities are allowed only in designated smoking areas on resort property.
Please refrain from playing loud music on the deck to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Noise Notice: As this is part of a shared resort building, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighbouring suites or the A-side.
Food & Drink: Guests are kindly asked to take all leftover food and beverages with them upon departure.

Shellfish Policy: Live shellfish are strictly prohibited in the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines as per resort regulations.
Pool/Beach Towels: Towels are provided in the suite for your convenience. The front desk does not supply towels to guests.
Amenity Keycard: The amenity keycard must be returned to the suite before check-out. If the card is not returned, a $200 replacement fee will be charged. Please note that the front desk does not issue or replace amenity keycards. - Please do not wear your shoes inside the suite. - Please be reminded that this property is non-smoking, please do not smoke or vape inside or on the patios. - All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please. - Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 8am, please respect the neighbours - No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee. - If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don`t leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.
When checking-out, please remember to,
- Please return the amenities key is returned to the hook by the coffee maker. - If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch. - Please put used towels in the bathtub. - Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well. - Sign out of your Netflix account. - Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house. - Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.

Gorgeous property, we enjoyed our walks and the ocean. The Pacific moon restaurant was amazing. We were disappointed that the room was not air conditioned, very hard to sleep at night
This was the most gorgeous place with the best location you are not a drive from Parksville and Nanaimo! The mini resort has a spa and pool and even a restaurant with a 2 minute walk away. The place was very clean and we have everything we would’ve needed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and super friendly. We will definitely be recommending and coming back.

Lovely Area
The freezer portion of the fridge was completely iced up. We like the area. The condo was adequate for what we needed.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is smaller than the pictures portray - but then that's often the case. The property has lovely water front trails.
Our only complaint was the lack of a small sink in the 'kitchen' area - just a little challenging to do the few dishes we used. Also some decaf. coffee would be nice.
Excellent location and equally excellent apartment! The apartment was very thoughtfully laid out (the fold out table was much appreciated!), lovely comfortable beds and whole place was very clean with plenty of bedding and towels. Communicative host who supplied lots of great info on the apartment and location. Would highly recommend this vacation rental!
We were more impressed with this place. Had a fabulous time. Probably one of the best vacation we have had! We were celebrating our 54 anniversary and just loved the place!!!

Amazing property beautiful view. Great amenities it’s nice to be close to parksville but in a quieter more rural area. Highly recommended
The property is gorgeous! The condo is modern, nicely decorated and has a beautiful view. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. The property management/host was easy to get a hold of and responsive.
The property is tucked away off the main highway providing a great space to relax and unwind. The property has a lot to offer for activities during your stay and the views are great. My only issue was a leaky tap that unfortunately wasn't fixed during the duration of our stay, which was a bit of a pain, but otherwise, the property and resort was great!
