About this property

Gabriola Large Private Suite & Hot Tub

  • Self contained suite with private entry with shared hot tub. Located near the ferry and village with all amenities, this suite is surrounded by forest with its own bathroom and living space. The main area is a large open space containing a pullout queen size futon, twin size bed, closet and small dining area. The bedroom has one queen bed with ensuite. You will find a private sitting area with five lounge chairs in the backyard.
    This is a new home and things are freshly painted, clean and well kept. This is a great suite for longer stays and getaways as it has everything you need to make your stay a home away from home. There is no kitchen in this suite but BBQ is available and the suite contains basic dishes mini fridge and dishwasher. The home is very close to the village where you will find all amenities and a short 3 minute drive from the ferry.

Awesome place!! Not totally private but splitting the access to the hot tub with the other unit was no problem. Owner was friendly, flexible and responsive. Peaceful neighbourhood for walks. Thank you for a wonderful stay! My doodles also give this place 2 paws up! 🐾🐾

Loved our stay!

One of the nicest and well maintained homes I've booked! Good location, super clean, comfortable, and quiet. Loved the artwork and the thoughtful brochures left in the room. Perfect if you're looking for a peaceful getaway. This was our first time on beautiful Gabriola and we would definitely recommend Chrissy's place to anyone : )

I just needed a bed for the night. Property was easy to find and access, and the suite was clean and had everything I needed. There were a couple of double/queen pull out sofas in the suite that would be perfect for a family.

We absolutely loved our stay on Gabriola Island. Chrissy has a lovely suite that was perfectly suited to our family of four. We were able to cook super nice meals on the BBQ, which was clean and in perfect order. The fridge, although looks small, was able to accomodate all of the food we needed for our entire 3 days stay. The kitchen was very well stocked and thoughtfully curated, lots of dishes, cups, etc. I never felt like "oh I wish there was x, y, z", which is often the case I find in staying at various places. The bathroom was also well stocked with towels, very much appreciated. The spot is secluded and very calm and quiet. Chrissy was an absolute dream to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again should we ever get the opportunity.

Girls weekend

Our host was friendly, attentive, and informative. The property was clean and comfortable. We had a BBQ the first night and ate out for the other 2 nights. For breakfast we appreciated the options provided. The queen bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend getaway and would stay here again. So much to explore on the island.
