"The staff have been very friendly and helpful both times I’ve stayed, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the location is lovely. It’s better to bring food with you as there is not much to eat around if you don’t have a car, and the taxi to/from Ugata station is about 2000 yen. The pool is a perfect depth for small children. Love the old fashioned bathtub but children and the elderly might need some help getting in and out. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Everything was exceptionally good given that the pricing was reasonable. I especially liked the parking which is huge and parked in and out at your convenience. The room was spacious and the bathtub was quite big. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and choices. However, the wifi was a bit slow and the curtain was not dark enough to block yeh sunlight. "ファミリーで利用しました。大人数やファミリーでの利用が主だと思いますが、キッチンやお風呂が狭すぎて何かとストレスでした。また2階は歩く度に天井がミシミシ音がして底が抜けないか心配でした。子供達はソファーのクッションで遊んでいましたが、クッション下は食べかすやホコリだらけで汚く、掃除が行き届いていないなーという印象です。最終的にはお隣の1棟の人達が夜21時以降もBBQや外で騒いでおり、小さい子供がいる我が家にはうるさくて非常に迷惑でした。トラブルになるのも嫌なので何も言えませんでしたが、こういう時に無人だとすぐに言えるところがなく不便だと感じました。決まりごととして事前にメールでは配信されていますが、読む読まない人、ルールを守らない人もいます。たまたまかもしれませんが、1回限りの利用ですし、印象が悪ければ二度と利用しようとは思いません。"

"This property is lovely! It is pretty remote, but there is an hourly shuttle bus to and from Kashikojima train station if you want to do anything off property. The food is pretty pricey and there is a cost for most activities. The onsen is beautiful. All in all I would recommend staying here. "
