"ファミリーで利用しました。大人数やファミリーでの利用が主だと思いますが、キッチンやお風呂が狭すぎて何かとストレスでした。また2階は歩く度に天井がミシミシ音がして底が抜けないか心配でした。子供達はソファーのクッションで遊んでいましたが、クッション下は食べかすやホコリだらけで汚く、掃除が行き届いていないなーという印象です。最終的にはお隣の1棟の人達が夜21時以降もBBQや外で騒いでおり、小さい子供がいる我が家にはうるさくて非常に迷惑でした。トラブルになるのも嫌なので何も言えませんでしたが、こういう時に無人だとすぐに言えるところがなく不便だと感じました。決まりごととして事前にメールでは配信されていますが、読む読まない人、ルールを守らない人もいます。たまたまかもしれませんが、1回限りの利用ですし、印象が悪ければ二度と利用しようとは思いません。"
