ホテルのお部屋も綺麗で、眺望も最上階だったし最高でした。食事のバイキングも種類も豊富でどれも大変美味しく、アルコールも飲み放題だし、素晴らしかったです。お風呂も最高だし、常にドリンク、お酒、おつまみが用意されていて、お風呂上がりにもロビーでくつろげます。何一つ不満が無く、今回で2回目の利用ですが、毎年一回は来たいホテルです。

ホテルステイにおすすめ

雨天で予定していた観光が出来ずチェックイン時間より1時間ほど早く着いてしまいましたがラウンジでゆっくり過ごせました。 ウェルカムドリンクはアルコールもあり種類が多く、おつまみやソフトクリームに主人も子供も喜んでいました。 予約制の卓球台やダーツ機も楽しませていただきました。 夕食・朝食も品数が多くて美味しかったのです。　 中庭やギャラリーものんびり散歩しながら回れてよかったです。 次回はのんびりホテルステイを楽しむために行きたいと思います！

Did not have a great time at this place. It is more suited to retired old Japanese people who want to go to the onsen. Felt a bit uncomfortable as we were the only westerners there but people were friendly. While the view was good from our room, the beach was dirty and not maintained. If the hotel would have paid someone to clean the beach up every morning it would’ve been a better experience.

15年以上ぶりに再訪しました。

15年以上前にステイしたことがあるのですが、スタッフ（フロントとタラソテラピー）のプロフェッショナル度が以前と比べると下がっていると思いました。一生懸命なのは分かったのですが、心もとないというか、説明一つをとっても言葉足らずだなと思うこと等がありました。経営母体が変わったことの影響なのかもしれませんが、少しもったいない気がします。 部屋はきれいに掃除が行き届いていて快適でしたが、廊下のカーペットの老朽化（やぶれているところもあり）が気になりました。素敵なホテルなだけに少し残念でした。 逆にフレンチレストランのサービスは以前よりも格段に良くなっていて気持ちよく食事をさせていただきました。 鳥羽駅とホテルを結ぶ送迎もスムーズで良かったです。
