"Despite it being peak season, the pool bar and main bar were both closed and they were both listed as open on their website. They had a bell by the pool bar to call for service but it was rarely answered and even when it was, it was likely the drinks would not arrive. The pool area is very small with nowhere near enough loungers. Staff were clearly overworked and those that were there were slow and didn’t really seem to care. Breakfast was not worth the money. "Great location, amazing views, comfortable beds, helpful staff, but the configuration of the rooms is quirky and the rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. The first night we were located in a room that stunk of cigarette smoke. They did move us to a better room for the 2nd night, but the aircon wasn’t working in this room. "
