"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. I would recommend staying at the cabanas located next to it (towards the Village) coz it’s absolutely not worth the...

"I can’t speak highly enough for this hotel and it’s staff. We booked at the last minute after a debacle with an Airbnb. They were immensely, friendly and accommodating in any request. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. This was an amazing last-minute find I would’ve done better if I had prepared for a year."

"A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!"
