"Super amazing and the best ever! Receptionist was the sister of the owner - and she was over the top helpful and hospitable! She gave me hot chocolate and snacks upon arrival, helped me with my bags downstairs, let me use their hose to do a quick rinse of my rental car, and helped me map out directions to a restaurant! Location, room, and breakfast were just as over the top incredible - beautiful lake views and access to water (free kayak!), clean room with small fridge and all necessary...

The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird. They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult. "Lo mejor del lugar es la vista de los dormitorios al lago, espectacular. El check in fueron muy amables en aceptarnos a las 13:30. En general el departamento estaba bueno, el depósito del baño a la mañana temprano no cargaba y el desagüe del baño estaba tapado, faltaba un poco de mantenimiento, había tres parrillas que en los días que estuve nadie las uso pero estaban sucias, y nadie las limpiaba, con las parillas había una mesa que tenía rotas dos patas, y dos días entre al cuarto donde estaba...
