At the top of the hills (unpaved path so better to take the upper entrance). Great view, friendly staff, super clean (but the swimming pool), amazing breakfast.

Room was small, dingy and needs a rehab. Restaurant was good for breakfast & dinner. Thank goodness because there's no other options close by. Staff was very responsive and did a great job in cleaning very steep and twisty access road after overnight snow storm. Only stayed one night, but would probably look elsewhere for a repeat visit.

The staff's attention is very good; they are cordial, attentive, and friendly. The environment is pleasant; the breakfast is good and the food in the restaurant is also good. The rooms are large, but not very well decorated. The quality of the construction is poor, and the ambience and decoration are average. The ambience music in the restaurant where breakfast and lunch are served after 8 pm is not adequate in terms of volume (too loud) and the incidence of bass sounds (not recommended for a restaurant). Also, the music from the kitchen sometimes overflows into the dining room, which is not recommended either. What specialists suggest is neutral, pleasant, quiet music at a delicate volume (I emphasize neutrality because this has nothing to do with personal preferences). I would also like to emphasize the importance of these details, especially in an environment such as Bariloche, in itself quiet, where rest is sought. It should be added that, in our particular case, due to the low quality structure of the building, the restaurant's music was heard every day in our room on the first floor. There are many links to expert recommendations on the subject. I think taking this into consideration would be an important plus. Thank you!

Great place to stay ! Rooms that have view to the lake are awesome. Good wifi, friendly and professional staff. They even help you plan activities. Within walkable distance from the lake, good amenities and great views.

The last 500 meters to the hotel are on a steep unpaved road which is very unpleasant. The reception staff is not progessional, unresponsive and not interested in the well being of the guests. We asked a day in advance for early breakfast(for which we paid as part of the reservation) because of early checkout. Initially we were told that it's not available and after demanding it, we were promised to get a box. In the morning there was nothing and left without any breakfast.

Gostei muito da estadia. Mas precisamos pontuar algumas situações para melhorar. O café é muito bom porém, todo dia a mesma coisa, poderia diversificar os bolos, sucos, acrescentar itens diferentes... Lá é bem metódico. Outro detalhe é não ter a cozinha aberta a noite todos os dias e ter que deslocar para o outro hotel do grupo, trás incômodo ter que deslocar de carro. Faltam itens básicos no quarto como touca de cabelo, sabonete em barra, prestobarba descartável... Itens que poderiam ser agregados e elevar o nível da estadia

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor

O hotel é muito bom, todas as instalações perfeitas, só acredito que, por ser brasileira, senti falta da educação daqui. Um hotel caro, e não tem quem pegue suas malas, coisa que em qualquer pousada aqui fazem. Para entrar no café da manhã tem um cordão de isolamento que constrange, parece que você está pedindo um favor e é difícil encontrar um sorriso neles. O café satisfaz, não é ruim, mas foram longos 6 dias com exatamente a mesma coisa. Poderiam variar algo.

Já havia me hospedado no hotel há alguns anos, e imaginado o mesmo padrão me hospedei novamente. O hotel não está bem cuidado, a qualidade dos itens de banheiro e principalmente as toalhas deixaram a desejar. Na maioria dos dias de hospedagem havia fila para entrar no restaurante no café da manhã. A porta do apartamento nã estava trancando, o que só observamos no terceiro dia, e que foi prontamente resolvido. Enfim não vale o valor cobrado.

Bom hotel!

Hotel bom! O quarto com vista para o lago é muito pequeno, quase não cabiam nossas malas e nós no quarto. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Banheiro também é pequeno. Chuveiro era ok. Café da manhã muito bom com bastante variedade e comidas muito bem feitas.
