"My one significant issue was around checkout. I had specifically requested and was granted a 12pm checkout, understanding the hotel had other guests arriving the next day. Despite this, I started receiving repeated calls before 11:30am asking me to leave immediately. When I spoke with the receptionist on duty, I was told firmly that checkout was 11am and that it was “not possible” a late checkout had been granted, which felt like being told I was lying about a request I’d clearly made and had confirmed. I’d encourage the hotel to improve communication between staff shifts so guests aren’t put in this position. The property itself has a lot going for it, but this experience took some shine off an otherwise strong stay."

"El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, excelente vista al lago y la piscina temperada y área de spa fueron un excelente plus. Nuestra habitación familiar tenía un buen tamaño para nuestra familia, con buena calefacción. Algunos muebles necesitan renovarse como el caso de la cama tipo nido. El desayuno fue bueno pero podría variarse para que no sea lo mismo todos los días. En general, volvería a hospedarme aquí."
