"I loved my stay! Clean room with king bed and kitchenette with everything I needed, on the second floor with a beautiful view of the ocean through the window. Each morning I woke up to watch the sunrise just steps outside my door, and sipped coffee in the rocking chair on the balcony, watching seagulls, pelicans, piping plovers, dolphins, and the sun on the water and the clouds in the sky. I can't wait to go back, and if I'm not staying with friends there, I will be staying at this hotel. Just wonderful."

"Room for the most part was clean and comfortable. The window was very dirty however and since this was an ocean front room, we were hoping for a clearer view of this amenity. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We had to use two different elevators to access our room on the fourth . There was some type of plumbing work being done in the hallways and the walls were torn up and pipes exposed. Carpeting in the hallways and the stairwells were very sandy."

"Very impersonal. Check in/out is virtual, they were fairly nice, it was hard to understand what they were saying. The shower had dirty footprints and a bottle of soap left in it. One of the washcloths was dirty with what looked like the same dirt from the footprints in the shower. The toilet had a partial strip of paper that should be broken off before the first use by new tenants, but it was just set over the top to make it look like it was cleaned. The tv stand had sticky stuff on it (a soda?), meaning the surface hadn't been cleaned. They offer snacks and bottles of water in the room, and you have to pay for them, which is understandable, but the prices are outrageous: $8 for water...$7 for a medium bag of M&M's!?!? The bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Not sure if the sheets had been changed, as we always put one of our blankets on the top of hotel beds and sleep on top of our blanket. One can only hope that the sheets were fresh, given the condition of the shower and toilet. The room was esthetically pleasing, with light colors, and it was quiet. We didn't care for the bathroom door. It was a barn-style bifold door that had a large gap between the wall and the door's frame, so you can hear others using the toilet."

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and the property is impeccably maintained. It is a quick walk to the beach, great restaurants and drink spots and shops. The price was great, and the owner was highly communicative. The house itself was very comfortable, with modern finishes while still feeling cozy. Several amenities were included such as a fire pit, bean bags, and outdoor seating for 3 different seating areas. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and organized. Overall a great find, and we will definitely be back. A"

"Our stay was pleasant although I wondered how often they rotate the beds since the mattress seemed uncomfortable for my husband and I. The lady front desk said they do."
