"Perfect house for large family and very well equipped—even had a child gate which was needed for the stairs. Plenty of room to spread out and get done privacy if desired. Pool was critical to success of the trip even though we spent hours on the beach each day. Highly recommended."

"Everything was amazing! I love the close access to the beach and the cleanliness pf the hotel overall. Food was ok on the breakfast buffet there weren't any pancakes but the kids enjoyed everything. The pool was useful since it started raining on our check in day. Overall 9/10."

"The good part is the pool and proximity to the beach. It’s a motel but I think they could fix things like cracks and stains so it looks basic but not unkept. Could use a modern refresh. It’s not for anyone who expects the hotel experience"

"Overall good place to stay! One of the bath tubs was missing a plug which was a little inconvenient for putting kids in the bath, the bedroom we used had some dust bunnies in the corners and the dresser kept sticking, no major issues though. It also got hot at night, everyone we stayed with woke up sweating and checking on the thermostat so recommend bringing a fan. But it had great access to the beach was at great location for restaurants"

"A well-maintained and clean property in a great location with beach access just across the street. Photos were accurate and the pool was really nice to have. Communication with the owner was clear and convenient. We will plan to stay here again in the future!"

"Great location. Clean. Yard had cactus and small sharp plants that kept getting on my dogs feet, and back yard had a piece of wood over a large hole. I would say walk your dog off property to keep their feet safe. Beds need updating, they are stiff and hot. Good hot water and shower pressure. Had plenty of plates and silverware. Very close to beach , probably our favorite part. Also close to the dunes , easy drive to Kitty Hawk Kites. We bought a kite and flew it in the dunes and on the beach ,very memorable. Loved the hangers on the porch , we used them for wet beach clothes and towels. Also there is a restaurant in a very short walking distance, less than a block away, very convenient for late night snack when you get tired from the beach."
