"Location walking distance from airport train services just need to plan which route got lift and escalators available when hogging large baggage.
Staff service was excellent. Press the lift to go down from lobby when they saw u walking towards the lift to go out. Small thoughts like greetings you when u return and leave. Everything was an amazing expirence to.stay at this hotel. Thanks again"

"Best hotel of our visit at a great price. We were on the 17th floor and the view of Nagoya was fantastic (even on rainy days). Room had a legitimate Japanese style bathroom with separate shower and bath wet-room.
Great location near Nagoya station and Bic Camera (but there was some construction to walk around). Great lobby coffee/drink machines. Staff was very helpful. We didn't eat breakfast here, but ESCA (underground mall) was very close, full of shops and dining. Close enough to the Shinkansen exit of Nagoya station that we walked with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Easy to base out of for using rail all around the city. "
