Plantation Bay a Real Resort with a Real Spa

Plantation Bay a Real Resort with a Real Spa

10/10 Excellent
"Lara at the buffet restaurant was phenomenal, so sweet and welcoming. Cedrick at bell service was exceptional extremely helpful and reliable. Kate and Vanessa at front desk went above and beyond for my needs. I checked in Sunday night, they gave me room Tahiti 7, nice room however the room was filled with flies after a day. Something I was not expecting, it actually was very disappointing. I called Vanessa over at the front desk and let her know about the situation. A day later the situation was not progressing which they ended up moving me to a new room, Edo22. I was very thankful and appreciative about that change, I was then able to enjoy a view of a beautiful sunset. Thank you to the staff over at plantation bay, made my stay very memorable."

Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel

Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel

8/10 Good
"Pros - Wonderful place to spend a week if you are in Cebu. Staff is friendly and resort is right on the beach with its own space. Many activities are provided from Jet Skis to Parasailing. Two pools to use and different restaurants onsite. Cons - Prices are higher than normal with Buffet Breakfast costing about 20 dollars per person. Only provided one room key, this became an issue when spouse fell asleep inside and phone was muted. Two room keys should be standard at this point. They close the beach at 6 and pool around 8 so not much to do after dark on resort. You can also NOT have food delivered to the hotel. Its Prohibited."

Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort

Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort

8/10 Good
"We had an ok stay at Bluewater. I think things can be improved at this resort. We traveled with a 1 year old and they charged for glass of warm milk at night. Each evening the glass of milk was different sizes. Also there is no music at the beach side or at the pool area. The only music is live and at dinner time. They also charge for bucket of ice, if you order more than 1 bucket a day. Which is odd because they provide unlimited water to the room but the water is hot. So I’m confused as why they would charge for ice. The biggest thing for me is that breakfast buffet the food was not hot at all. Other than that everything else was fine. We had an ok stay."
