"Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries cold. My fiancés pasta and chicken, chicken cooked fresh and tasty, but the pasta was cold and dry as if it was cooked earlier in the day. That meal was the only disappointment of the stay. The waitstaff was excellent and deserved praise for how it was handled. But the chef that day, is not who you need for that role. The two buffets we enjoyed were excellent! Overall would tell everyone in Cebu to stay here when visiting…great place minus a bad meal…"
