I loved this hotel! Very professional and friendly staff, they allowed an early check in after a very long flight. The room was great, we enjoyed the gym and found it to have more equipment than most hotel gyms. We also enjoyed a massage for two and the spa staff were wonderful. Great buffet breakfast. I only give this three starts because there was no hot water!! This is an expectation!

Located in the convenient shopping area of New Mactan City, the neighborhood is clean and felt safe enough for a solo female traveler to walk around. Within a short walk, there are large supermarkets and laundromats, which I found very handy. The best part of the stay was the access to the private beach (shared with another hotel). They provide free towel rentals and cabanas for guests. Although it can get a bit crowded, there is a poolside bar where you can see people from all over the world relaxing and spending quality time with their families. The rooms are a bit smaller than your typical resort—more like a business hotel style. As for the staff, everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful.
