It clean beds but really needs urgently update everything Start from receptionist, help with guests baggage from taxi to room, needs new paint simply glue vanity cabinet back to the wall and tidy up beach front For this condition it should be much cheaper

I was very disappointed that we stayed for five days and never once got our room cleaned. We had one towel each and when we asked for clean towels, they couldn’t give it to us until the next day. We had to go downstairs and ask for toilet paper, I had my son with me and it was a very noisy place to have, the price we paid for the room I’d expect the room to be cleaned every second day walking into a room and feeling sand on the floor each day was not fun pool was nice food was good staff at bar were nice would I stay again NO

The property was good for the price. It was a cute place, but it was not in walking distance to anything. We called cabs to get around. We did find cockroaches but apparently that's quite normal for Fiji. We kept all our food in the frig. The owners are from China and their son did a great job interpreting things between us. Everything was in Chinese though, the microwave, toaster oven, etc. We used Google translator and figured things out. One of the beds was Very hard.

t was a really safe place to stay and the staff were so nice and helpful. I couldn't believe the hotel was only 3 years old, there were some minor housekeeping issues such as occasionally running out of water in and out of the shower, the faucet in the sink was not centered and water was leaking from the level to the floor as well as minor mold. But all in all, I will go back there again, I liked the location and the staff.

The location was great - right on the beach and beside lots of other hotels and a supermarket. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was really good. The wifi was only available in the cafe/lobby, which was a bit of an inconvenience. There was a lot of activity at the hotel which meant it was also quite loud and made it a bit hard to stay asleep. Overall, my experience was good and if you're on a budget I would say this hotel is a good option.

Staff was very kind, but I want to warn all guests that this is a party hotel. If you would like to fall asleep before 1AM, good luck - the speakers outside (or next door?) will be blasting club music at the highest decibel possible.

Great staff, good food. Wi-Fi not very reliable and very limited coverage in the hotel. No room housekeeping during our stay but change of towels available at reception on request. Popular with locals so it has a great vibe in the evenings. Good value for money so highly recommend Sailors Beach

I liked the pool which was well maintained and had a nice partial shade happening during the day. The best thing about this place is that the staff were so helpful and accomodating. I showed up there before 7am as I had an early flight landing after travelling all night and they got me checked into my room before 9:30 am after a nice breakfast.. great people running this place..

It ok for the price - not great
Check in was quick - although no information given. No WiFi details, no way to contact reception again (we checked in late) - even the security said he had no contact for the hotel. There was no air con remote and it was set on 18degrees c so we pretty much froze all night long.

A member of staff saw me drop $20 whilst showing us our room walked over and picked it up and put it in his pocket thinking I didnt realise. I told the reception and got no apology. After speaking with another guest it appears they had some money go missing from their room and came back to an unlocked door too. Untrustworthy staff made the experience nerve wracking as we didn't feel safe leaving our stuff in our room alone. Aside from that the room was lovely and modern.

Sailors Terrible Experience
The hotel had ants, cockroaches, lizards. The doors were squeaky and the hotel is not maintained. Overall, the experience was bad. I left the after the first night and did not stay the five nights even though I was charged for five nights. I had a terrible experience.

No good nights sleep
superfriendly staff that made you feel very appreciated and welcome. Room somewhat clean apart from the occasional hair or makeup on towel. But: In a standard room you can either open your suitcase or the door, it‘s tiny. On the toilet I had to sit sideways (!!!) due to poor layout if the bathroom. Loud partying from guests of the neighboring hotel until past 3 am.
