"Exceptional Stay at Rixos Adults Only We stayed at Rixos Adults Only during Christmas with my family, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is extremely clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and professional. You can really feel that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The main restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food with multiple options to suit all tastes, and everything we tried was excellent. I would especially like to highlight the manager, Mr. Hassan. He is genuinely humble and leads by example. At one point, we were waiting for coffee while the staff were assisting another guest, and instead of letting us wait, Mr. Hassan personally came and prepared coffee for me and my husband. This small gesture meant a lot and truly reflects the outstanding level of service at the hotel. Overall, Rixos Adults Only exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay.
