Guys on reception were very welcoming when we checked in & our swim up room is huge, love it so much space although water is freezing.

"The hotel itself is good. Rooms are spacious, location is excellent. There is good value for money. Staff are generally very good but those at the reception may need to be more friendly. "

The only bad thing that the staff working in the reception were unkind and no understanding and don’t believe what you say to them, we didn’t have lunch the day that we make the check in så we suppose to have the last day but they said no, first time I see something like that."
