The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, bathrooms need updating. Staff go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable . We we would like to thank front desk manager as he made our stay very special. Bear in mind the hotel is a little bit out of the way from Old Town or other attractions.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for six days, and everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. There were also many enjoyable activities throughout the day for both adults and children. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

One of the most luxurious and affordable places i have ever been in. The hotel leaves you not wanting to leave it because it has everything from food and activities and beach right near it and massage parlour and facials and hairdressers and even when stung in the ocean there is a doctor. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The facilities are well maintained with lots to do within the resort. The al inclusive option offered a variety of different evening meals song with 2 a la carte restaurants.

Nice property, but dated and a little tired. Rooms are small and food is barely average. Staff was very kind and helpful. This property caters to Russian Tourists so the food, music and atmosphere was all catered to them. It would be nice if it felt a little more Egyptian and the food was more authentic Egyptian.

The hotel is in a spectacular location. The coral reef accessible right from the property is impressive—far better than many of the natural reefs featured on paid excursions. We did run into an issue, though: upon check-out, we were told a small towel was missing from one of the rooms, and they tried to charge us for it. It was shocking and unbelievable. You really need to improve in this regard.

Really good value for the money, we used the spa most evening's and enjoyed the outdoor heated jacuzzi. Room cleaned daily and decent selection of food.
