Most of the staff is outstanding. The location and design of the resort is fantastic. I have been there a few times since 2002 and would perhaps recommend changing some of the furniture. The table, the chairs, the sofa appear a bit dated. After the substantial extension most of the restaurants are now rather far away, which is a bit inconvenient, but staff and food is still excellent. The diving centre is supreme and staff over there knowledgable and very friendly. The overall atmosphere of the resort is fantastic.

Beautiful hotel and amazing snorkelling on both beaches. Huge space so can walk around lots and explore the different corners. The rooms are a bit outdated and could be more up to date with modern ports for charging etc. All food options are very good.

This resort and its staff are the best anyone could ask for. Our deluxe room with its walkout entrance was perfect. The resort was beautiful and the staff looked after our every need. The pool staff served free snacks throughout the day around the pool and were really pleasant to deal with. The only negatives were that the meal prices charged by the hotel in the hotel restaurants were too high. They were 2 to 3 times what nice restaurants in the local Soho Mall charged for a similar meal. You can easily walk to the Soho Mall which is close to the hotel. The only other issue which was outside the hotel's control was that it was too cold to swim in the ocean using the hotel's beach. We went in late March 2026 and the water was still too cold to swim in for too long. Except for the meal prices, this hotel was 10 out of 10.

The Resort was outstanding in every way. The rooms were spacious, modern, tasteful. The resort itself had a beautiful layout, very well maintained gardens, and a sense of space. The restaurants were remarkable, I had the freshest fish I’ve had in a while. The personnel were consistently kind, helpful, resourceful. The beaches, the reefs were beautiful and the private boat ride to the island was wonddrful.. It was a thoroughly pleasant and top notch experience.

Very beautiful surroundings, beach a little too small and not really suitable for small children. Unfortunately, the coral right on the beach is almost completely dead. If you are used to good Italian restaurants, you will definitely not find a better one here (for families; luckily there is a better one, but children are not allowed there). All the other restaurants are wonderful.

The resort is spacious and beautiful. The snorkeling experience was absolutely stunning—there’s even a large drop-off with plenty of fish. Although the coral is dead, it’s still quite beautiful. The service was exceptional and left a lasting impression.
