"I initially booked one night at Jaz Sharm Dreams after fleeing a terrible experience at a hotel in Dahab, but ended up staying longer because of the warm hospitality! The hotel was 5-star and is now 4-star. Some areas like the bathrooms could use updating, but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveller, safety matters. I appreciated being given a room close to the main building. Rooms have safes and proper locks and latches, which made me feel secure. There are SEVEN pools, including a heated pool with a jacuzzi and another with a swim-up pool bar. The main pool is lively with music and activities, while other pools are geared towards relaxation. Special thanks to Iraky, the pool supervisor who kindly helped me reserve one of the gorgeous canopy daybeds before the early risers :)) The animation team (Adham and Alan) were great at organising darts, volleyball, yoga and aqua aerobics but respectful of guests resting. Food was 9/10 for all-inclusive. I enjoyed the salad stations and outdoor grill with fresh bread, chicken and kofta. What really made the stay was the staff. Mahmoud, Karim and Maryam at reception were very kind throughout and upgraded me after my difficult arrival. Also big thanks to Mohamed from housekeeping, Chefs Hany + Adel, Mr Edam, Mohamed at the omelette station, Mahmoud, El Sayed, Karim and the attentive restaurant team. What was meant to be a one-night stop turned into a really enjoyable stay. I’d happily return."

"To Expedia Customer Support Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the hotel I recently booked through your platform and to request a full refund due to the unacceptable condition of the accommodation. Upon checking in, I was shocked by the state of the room. It had no window for ventilation which was not disclosed at the time of booking, and the room was infested with mosquitoes and flies. The overall condition was far below what could reasonably be expected for the price paid and did not meet basic standards of comfort, hygiene, or safety. The situation was so unsuitable that I immediately booked another hotel and checked out shortly after arriving. I did not stay in the room because it was simply uninhabitable. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a **full refund** for this booking. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request considering the misrepresentation of the room and the extremely poor conditions. "Yuraslava (reception staff) an outstanding and capable team member was exceptional in her service and ability to provide solutions for international guests. IFTAR was exceptional and the staff graciously accommodated international Muslim guests halal options. Rooms were outstanding. Whilst Sharm is not an authentic Egypt destination- this was a superb 1 night stay choice between Mt Sinai and early flight departure to Cairo for my tour group. "

"It was okay. However we had an issue when booking the taxi for Dahab. The taxi driver told us to withdraw cash at the ATM, which we did but then refused to take us to Dahab and told us to pay at reception. Reception said they wont accept the egyption currency as they only accept euros which makes no sense. The taxi driver then argues with reception after overcharging us to take us to Dahab because he simply did not want to in arabic. Instead of apologising for the inconvenience, the reception staff started being rude to me and blaming me that its my fault I wanted to go to Dahab, that I wont get in as I need visa. I found this so rude and disrespectful. Bare in mind, I asked them for change as I was going to pay the taxi driver over by 20 EGP and the reception staff said “that’s nothing.” It was unbelievable. Instead of offering customer service and apologising, i was being blamed and honestly being scammed by the taxi service. I dont reccomend this place and I wont be staying here again, I’m unsure why it is 5*s when it’s really not, it’s 3* at most. Even housekeeping was atrocious, there was no dental kits in the bathroom and we waited for 90 minutes for it to be delivered. "

"The food was delicious. The people in the hotel are lovely. Zakaria said hello every day which was nice. The hotel could do with some updates and a few things replacing but nothing that effect our stay. Be aware if you land on a party night. "

"5⭐️ Review – 3 Week Stay at Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland (Extended from 2 Weeks!) I originally booked for two weeks and ended up extending for a third week — which honestly says everything about my experience. My opinion genuinely improved day by day. The hotel is very well put together in terms of logistics. Everything runs smoothly, it’s organised, and the shuttle bus to the beach is frequent and reliable. The grounds are beautiful, and there are so many little things that come together to make the stay special. Guest relations were fantastic. Caroline was amazing and really helped me move my room. Ali was also very helpful, and another lady (I didn’t catch her name) was equally supportive. They genuinely try hard to resolve issues and make guests comfortable. Reception can be a little slow — that’s probably my only criticism. On one occasion it took around 25 minutes to move my room, and there was a small error that meant I had to move again. But overall, they are helpful — just not the quickest. If you’re travelling with a baby, I would definitely recommend requesting a ground floor room in the Parkland area. It makes life much easier with a buggy. It can be slightly noisy outside, but once the door is closed, it’s absolutely fine. Only something to consider if you’re a very light sleeper. The food is great. Some people say it’s repetitive, but honestly — what do we eat at home? Pretty similar meals every few days! There’s plenty of choice. I had salad daily and was "
