Communication with the hotel before hand was near impossible. Communication during the stay also very difficult.
Noisy guys in the room next door who appeared to be living there. 4 to a room and came home between 2&4am everyday making noise. Woke me most nights. Complained to management the night they were having a full blown shouting match.
Made the stay very uncomfortable. WiFi is very poor. Thankfully I was in town for business and spent all day out. Just slept there.
The location is a plus for it. Very handy.
The staff are amazing. Food is good but a little repetitive. The hotel is clean and in an ideal spot for quiet days with the town centre a 5 minute walk away and the private beach a 10 min walk.
You must get a data plan as the hotel wifi is spotty at best.

The staff is very friendly nice people the hotel is old but very cozy
Short walk down to naama bay and also to Old marked you can take the bus down to Old marked from the Main street
Food was good mostly Egyptian food but they make other food also
Very safe and nice for children
The location was great and the staff were professional and very friendly and helpful. The dining facilities were excellent with good breakfast and dinner variety. The quality of food was good however I suggest different menu each days rather than fixed ones. The hotel provides access to private beach free with free towel and settings. The hotel has nice swimming pool. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was good with powerful hot water. There is in site SPA with sauna, streaming room and massage services. Highly recommend and it was good value for money.

You get what you pay for.
Solo trip away diving, the hotel provided everything needed, Reasonably nice food, Beer, and a comfy bed. But in general the hotel is dated and quite tired, not somewhere that I would bring the wife for a holiday. But the staff were pleasant and helpful and it was value for money.
I enjoyed my stay at that hotel so much. The location was great just 20 minutes drive from airport (~£10 each way or 300 Egyptian pound). The staff and service were excellent and the option of all inclusive was great value for money and included free breakfast, lunch, snakes, dinner and alcoholic and none drinks (~35-40/day for 2 persons). The food was great with a lot of options and varieties. The hotel offered free beach and towels. The beach was few minutes walk. There was was outdoor pool and spa facilities. Highly recommended.
Very cheap hotel in a good location for Naama Bay. The hotel is very old and worn, looks a bit run down. When we arrived, we waited for 30minutes for our room (considering wed arrived late). Room wasn't clean and right next to speaker system and the windows are so old you could hear everything until midnight/1am. As we were up diving early every morning we asked to change rooms and were given a much nicer, quieter, cleaner room. The breakfast is not great, mostly just sweet pastries and beans, hardly any fruit, although the omelette cook was very good.dinner was ok, but of a varied mix although fairly sure my husband got food poisoning from the fish one night. Speaking to others we were diving with, they said the hotel had gone down hill over the last few years. Good location and very cheap, but I'd give the food a miss and just eat out instead.

I spent 3 weeks here and had a perfectly good time. Like most of the hotels of this calibre it's fine. It's not a 5 star western hotel, but that's not what you're paying for. The staff are always happy to help and are friendly (Especially Osama, the restaurant manager). I booked an single standard garden view room. My room was ok. It was clean and tidy with 2 single beds, a fridge, a flat screen TV (although only 1 English channels but this channel had no sound). It also has a safe in the wardrobe. The shower was ok but you couldn't really change the angle of spray. The garden view for my room was actually the 3rd floor courtyard area, so if you have your curtains open people walking past can look right inside your room. When I arrived I didn't have a TV remote, but I asked at reception and one was provided very quickly. Unfortunately the cleaning crew sometimes come to clean the room quite late (5ish) so sometimes you're in there when they are cleaning it, and they are not great at changing the toilet rolls or the shampoo and little soaps. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the Restaurant by the pool. I only had Breakfast and Dinner included in my rate. This gets you the food but no drinks, except water, or coffee in the mornings. Taste and quality wise, I thought the food was pretty good. The pool area is quite nice. You have access to a private beach. You need to get a voucher from the security guard. All in all I had a good stay at Falcon Naama Star Hotel.
.The staff it's really kind (as all egyptian people to be honest)
.The food is pretty good and delicious, I dont understand why people complain about the fact that "it's always the same food", its a buffet, what did you expect? Also they change the main dishes during the week
.There are 3 little shop for souvenir, water and food inside the hotel and the owners are really kind and beautiful people, the prices are fixed and fair, we bought a ton of fresh water from them (which is handy because the rooms have a refrigerator).
.There's a stand for organising the tours around sharm which seems pretty good but we booked before knowing it so i cant say a lot about it, but the owner helped us with the taxi to return to the airport and gave us a really cheap price.
.The room is big enough and beautiful BUT (and this is probably the only bad part of this hotel) the bathroom isn't really clean, not that they dont clean it (they come to clean once a day) but the furnitures are old and should really be changed, anyway there are some bathroom inside the hotel which are new and if you dont like yours you can use that without a problem.
.The hotel is located at the beginning of the main road of naama bay so there's police around there, it helps for feeling safe but to be honest after a week i can say "it's not needed" because we felt safe every time, as i said Egyptian people are really kind and easygoing. with 10 min walk you can reach the shops in the main road and the beach

The hotel is very good, but it needs more variety in the food and should have daily activities and an animation team, as these are currently missing.

Budget living for fair price
This is definitely a budget living, if a room for a fair price is all you need then it’s ok. But expect no extras. Seems to be catering for the local market rather than international travel.
And what’s up with the pool music playing from 10AM to 10PM…?
Room & Cleaning Disaster: Upon entering the room, basic amenities like towels and slippers were missing, and we were informed that towels required an extra charge. The linens were stained, and the room was NEVER cleaned during our entire stay. The furniture was falling apart, and there were only a few hangers in the closet. The curtains were old and worn, barely closed, and did not block the light. Don't be fooled: NONE of the advertised amenities like kettles, cups, or tea/coffee shown in pictures were provided.
Staff & Service: The employees were extremely rude, indifferent, and sullen. The receptionist's attitude, in particular, was very unsettling. Far from being helpful, the staff made every interaction more difficult.
The Food Was Utterly Awful: It was the worst hotel food I have ever encountered. Everything was bitter and loaded with heavy, unidentifiable spices. The desserts at the open buffet were clearly made from the cheapest possible ingredients. It was impossible to find even decent fruit at the supposed "all-inclusive" buffet.
Unusable Pool: The pool was so poorly maintained that it was completely unhygienic and we could not use it.
Deceptive Info & Extra Charges for Everything: They even asked for an extra payment for beach towels. Despite "airport transfer available" being advertised on their website, they demanded an excessive fee for the service.
Terrible Internet: The internet speed was incredibly slow, making it practically unusable.
