Awesome value for price

Great hotel. Food is ok at the buffet but the a la carte restaurants were great. Service was awesome. The Relax adult only pool was fantastic. Great service overall. Clean rooms. Great value for price. I'm an Egyptian living abroad in Canada and would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay at in Sharm!

Very nice hotel! Customer service is great but please keep in mind that they don't all speak English. Food is good although bit repetitive. Rooms are large and comfortable. Facilities are great. Try the spa!

First class Diving and Resort

The shore reefs are amazing here. My husband and I completed our Advanced Open Water Scuba with Reef Oasis Diving located in the resort. Not only was dive club and staff top notch, but diving itself just amazing. With regard to the resort, great food options and outstanding staff. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Sharm El-Sheikh.

Great snorkeling experience actually it’s the best , so relaxing . Sea view wasnt as expected, but thnx Mr soliman from the reception for being understanding and for everything . Food variety in the mean restaurant need more improvement, fisher man restaurant is great

Perfect week away in a -effect resort.

Room, staff, food and service all 1st rate. The chefs in each of the restaurants turned out top quality food. The Indian and Thai chefs produced food that could only have been beaten in their home countries…..and if you like Kofta, then you are in for a treat. Mohammed who serviced our room went above and beyond, even leaving books as he noticed my wife was close to finishing hers Hussan the life guard, every day greeted us with a smile, every day made sure towels were fresh and every day took the time to talk. The dive team are fantastic, from the support team to the instructors, they all made our holiday fantastic. Looking forward to coming back already.

The pool is excellent but the staff are not friendly or helpful . The hotel is too far from the entrance you have to walk 15 minutes to reception . You have to call buggy to go to reception . The security can’t talk English so we can’t understand him . The food is very basic .

Very large property with 4-5 swimming pool and 5 restaurants and bars. Our family room was spacious. Walk to restaurants can be daunting depending on which building you get allocated but there is regular shuttle. Area around reception gets crowded in the evening once beach is closed. Quality of food especially in buffet restaurants can be improved a lot. Soft Drinks are of poor quality and there is substantial scope of improvement. The staff in restaurants and reception are young and enthusiastic. Arafa in Sea Breeze restaurant was amazing. Will recommend

The resort value (IMHO) is above the average ( ) staff is generally supportive and available ( ) garden is spotless: you always find someone working to maintain impeccable the infrastructure. ( /-) My room was quiet enough, with an easy "footable" access to any resort areas; beds were average, with 2 pillows option (i.e., medium and high), furniture a bit outdated, bathroom OK, air conditioning a bit noisy (but mandatory)... Cleaning service OK. ( /-) Restaurants are various and OK: the Bay Side/Sea Breeze serve a flat menu a bit repetitive; the others deserve a try (the Indian, mostly); breakfast is various enough, albeit the sweet offer has some room for improvements. ( ) Reef is awesome, and the main reason to be hereabout; the scuba service is a plus and guys there are nice. (-) Pay attention to the extra: anything not explicitly included is charged. (*) Note for travelers: mosquitos are an issue... be prepared.

I stayed for a week all inclusive in May 2023. Hotel is lovely & rooms are spacious and clean. Mine was cleaned daily. There is a walk to the main reception, where the restaurants are & pools & beach, but they have a bus service for those who cant walk far. There is an infinity pool near the reception which is short walk to the beach which is less for swimming more snorkeling & diving. There are a few a la carte restaurants & i was given 2 vouchers to try them free. I heard they were good but i didnt end up trying them. The main restaurant where you have you buffet meals was very nice. There was another one closer to the beach too. Food is pretty much the same everyday but if you try different things daily there's enough choice. Also plenty of drinks around the various hotel bars. The local alcohol was pretty good & i had plenty of their cocktails. Loads of water bottles in your room too. I'd have liked few different fruits but otherwise can't complain too much. I'd recommend the hotel for its facilities, closeness to a private beach & having very friendly & helpful staff especially at the various bars. Gym was adequate. Spa was very nice & evening entertainment was good. They also had a market area with various shops if you forget to brung sonething ir want to buy a souvenir. Pharmacy also which is handy. Id recommend anti bite spray especially in the evenings.

Stuff is unhelpful. Service is very bad and stuff is rude. They are trying to make money on you, not matter what, especially if you are not from Russia, but from US or Europe. Very bad service and very old hotel and rooms.

Great yet

The staff is very friendly and it was extremely clean. Constructive feedback would include trying to identify in English the ingredients in food at the restaurants. It was very challenging to find out whether the dishes were cooked with meat or not . Thepeople at the resort, extremely helpful and friendly, they did everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The scuba diving has excellent visibility. The biggest problem was that they did not pair up DIVERS according to their experience and degree of certification I was diving with people who are very inexperienced and had a shortest 32 minute dives. they need to pair people up from other resorts that are on the boat since there are many groups congregating at the same boat instead of pairing up people from within the resort on a larger boat. Also the payment system through the dive shop and the hotel needs to be improved since I spent two days trying to pre-pay hotels and diving, and they would not accept any of my Ten credit cards due to an error with US credit cards processing.
