"This hotel is located in a great location. 1 min walk to McDonald’s and 711 across the street. 15-20 min walk to dontonbori and or namba. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable also a nice bathroom with tub and shower. "

"The first room I was given had stains on the wall and a hole in the wall next to the bed. I alerted the reception staff and they gave me a different room. The bed wasn't very comfortable either and the room was on the small side. The whole room felt very dated. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. There is a family mart on the entrance of the hotel and a hot springs upstairs which was nice. "

"Great hotel. Fantastic location close to transit and not far from major attractions. Higher end hotel with great beds. Room was perfect. Would highly recommended. Check on Rio Steakhouse on the first floor. The best!"
