"There were beds sitting out in the hallway when you exit the elevator, not very welcoming. The balcony from your room was misleading, this is more of a motel, every room had a balcony…. 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. $20 to park."

Smelled like urine at every entrance that we used and outside of our room door, broken elevator and we had multiple suitcases to haul upstairs, not enough hot water for more than 1 person either night, filthy, LOUD, staff didn’t offer any help when I spoke to her and filthy deserved to be mentioned again. "We went to the Gaylord Opryland at Christmas time and the decorations were amazing. There were events daily for Christmas that we never left the hotel except to go to a concert at the Grand Ole Opry."

"This hotel was dingy and our room was honestly filthy. The sink faucet was broken(very hard to pull upward to put the water on) and when I asked what could be done I was told that I had to stay in the same room. The carpet floor was sticky by the counter area in the room. There was bodily substances on the mattress. The a/c unit had white substance all of it. The room wouldn’t cool down below 70. In 84 100% humidity Nashville weather it was miserable to sleep. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, the location was pretty far from downtown and required uber rides. It was within walking distance of Music Row, but there were only a few restaurants near that area."

"The Staff screwed up on a daily basis charging my debit card repeatedly for a trip that was paid for in advance through Expedia . Everytime I put money in My account to go out on , they had frozen my funds with bogus charges . Unreal took 1,200 first day so I had no money , reversed the mistake but bank wouldn’t refund for 3-5 business days . So I was in Nashville with all the money I had for my trip inaccessible. Ruins my trip . My mom had bought for me for my 30th birthday. Even upon checkout they were still denting my account had to call a friend and get more money just to get home and to the airport "
