"First time staying here and I had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites. My daughter and I stayed here for a cheer competition and the location is great. The whole place was very clean and all of the staff was exceptional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Charlotte. The breakfast buffet was also great most places have very few things but this layout was like a restaurant style buffet and the food was great!"

"I was in town for concert at the Blumenthal Center and the Hyatt House was an easy walk to that venue; it's even closer to the Spectrum, which is right next door. And there are tons of bars and restaurants also within easy walking distance. So, it was ideal to be able to valet park my car (though a bit pricey!) and not have to worry about driving. Hotel staff were all remarkably friendly and helpful. My room was perfectly clean and quiet, and the hotel bar was perfect for drinks and light fare. Highly recommend."

"I was staying over the recent snowstorm event and the night after that hit nothing was moving - so everyone in the hotel wanted to eat there. The staff rose to the challenge and while they couldn’t conjure tables and kitchen staff out of thin air, everybody got fed and the timelines were well communicated."

"Large, clean, well-appointed room. Conveniently located in downtown and fun cocktail bar, Sophia’s Lounge, attached is good for a late night, snack and drink, as well as a complementary happy hour. Friendly staff and convenient valet parking. Nice clean exercise room as well. "
