"The room and bathroom were really clean. Parking was a bit of a pain however the staff was just so nice and welcoming made sure the parking was clear and taken care of even when the assigned decks filled up. Great service is rare these days sadly so I really love to go places where I know I will be treated well and this is definitely on my list now . We've. When we woke up and had different staff they were friendly as well."
"I loved everything about my stay. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. I overslept for check out and they gave me a later time. The decor in the lobby was beautiful & the breakfast options were amazing and tasted great! Definitely my favorite place to stay in charlotte!"
