We visited Charlotte for a Savannah Bananas game, so the area was packed with visitors. Despite being right in the middle of everything, the staff at the Residence Inn were friendly and made the checkin process quick and painless. Our room was ready on time and very clean. The bed was very comfy! We would definitely stay here again, especially with the proximity to the stadium and ballpark.

The location was perfect for attending a game at the Bank of America stadium and within walking distance to lots of other areas downtown. Safe and clean, very spacious and the lobby smelled amazing. The only down side was only one elevator was working which made waiting a little longer and the cooling system is a bit dated without a numbered thermostat, only says cooler or warmer. Otherwise it was an awesome stay and we will book it again!!
