"For the price, this is an excellent place to stay while visiting Buenos Aires. You are a ~15 minute walk from all the major downtown sites. The neighbourhood itself felt very safe, even at night. The staff were very helpful. The water/coffee/tea in the lobby was appreciated. The room itself is sufficient. Feels like a fancy dorm room, but it has everything you need. Note that there are no windows (other than one opening in the inner hallway), so I had to get outside regularly, (which was the whole point of my visit). Would stay again and would highly recommend to others."

"The location is good and recommended but we got a room that had no windows even after booking a premium room with balcony . They refused to accommodate or even give a refund . We were there to celebrate our anniversary, definitely spoiled the fun for the evening . Over all depending on the staff member they could be poor or excellent. "

"The staff working there have zero or minima training across the board : customer management, way to dress, way to serve breakfast, clean the rooms and the tables of breakfast, etc They look very under educated people ? Very low income that you can see in their presentation and personal look, but they are very humble and spend lot of energy in trying to compensate the lack of infra, tools and training provided by the administration and management of the hotel . I would never come back and I will be sure everybody understand the low quality of the facilities, rooms, bed (terrible old mattresses) and the breakfast seams a prison breakfast… so depressing and reusing the old juices (all sugarless manufactured ) for the next day… very ashamed .
