"This is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. "The location of this accommodation was great, within walking distance of the main city centre and right outside the metro station. Overall, the experience of staying at Monart was enjoyable, with snacks in the main area and great recommendations by the host. One thing to note is that there's no lift, and it's up four flights of stairs! Highly recommend!"

"La Gemma was a beautiful place to stay. The host, Gemma, was such a lovely and hospitable person, making us feel welcome the moment we booked. She went above and beyond with our room and booking, walking us through maps of the area and events happening during our stay. She was also so kind and playfor with our 1 year old, giving her toys and making her a balloon animal. Breakfast was tailored and delicious. Overall a fantastic stay."

The house itself is beautiful, tucked right in the heart of the old town, and Barbara was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and full of great local tips. "Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. "This hotel in Naples was in an ugly neighborhood but most neighborhoods in Naples are ugly. No other word for it. But inside the hotel was very beautiful; the restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is superb. If I had to go to Naples again I would stay here again. There is a wonderful plaza surrounding the hotel and the service is excellent. "

"The property is in a great location, handy for train and airport links but near to the historic centre of Naples. We walked everywhere from there.
It is in a residential street so you are in the middle of the local Napolitans, with their washing out on the balconies and scooter mayhem down below. A real experience.
Only thing we hadn't fully appreciated is that reception is only manned during office hours so it is important to communicate bu WhatsApp with the manager before you arrive but it didnt give us any issues.
There are lots of mini marts down Via Carbonara and a great trattoria/pizzeria a short walk away.
